My name is Samantha Cabrera. I am the Market Editor of Papierdoll.net and a freelance writer and stylist. My goal in life is to never have a job with a dress code.
I split my time between Texas and the Great White North, working from home, writing on fashion and analyzing trends. A normal day includes scouring the web for obscure trends overseas that may eventually catch on in the States, keeping up with countless fashion and art magazines, and fighting with my laptop (which has been a trooper, but needs to be replaced). I am possibly the most tech-impaired person of my generation and it shows. Style-Television.com is my first blog, and will hopefully be entertaining enough to keep them wanting more.
Loves: Canadian summers, all things Lanvin, costume parties, watching mindless reality television with my sister/best friend/muse, Alexandra, guacamole and…handbags (those of you who know me, KNOW).
Hates: getting caught in the rain, coconut-flavored anything, tomatoes, the fact that there is virtually no good Mexican food in Canada, people who constantly text message, and at times, her laptop.
