Fall brings lots of changes — a change in the weather, a change in the color of leaves, and around the Travel & Culture channel we have a few changes going on as well.
First off, we welcomed Justin at The Toronto Traveler, who’s been entertaining us with Halloween tales from around Hogtown. I’m anxious to read what he’s going to share with us next!
And yesterday, Apryl bid all of us a “howdy y’all” as she took over blogging duties at Southern Byways. This southern blogger is going to take us off the beaten path, and show us the American South on the back roads.
Yesterday we also bid a fond adieu to Lynn at The Paris Traveler. Lynn was largely responsible for FINALLY getting me to Paris, and I know her love affair with the city came through in every post. She has some exciting projects on the horizon, and blogging had to take a back seat. They’re big shoes to fill, but any bloggers who are interesting in continuing this love affair with the city of lights is invited to submit an application.
We’re looking to add a few more new places and faces, including destination bloggers for Phoenix and New York City. If you live or work in one of these cities, and can blog engagingly and passionately about what it has to offer, fill out the online application.
Finally, today is also our Channel Theme Day, and it wasn’t too much of a stretch to come up with the theme of “Fall.” Matt at The Chicago Traveler provides the round up, so go take a look at the Travel & Culture Channel’s Fall Celebration.
