I love my life. Now I am not being conceited. I am just happy with life. I have been married to the most wonderful man for almost 10 years. Greg is truly my best friend and confidant. We enjoy our time and now enjoy a new smile. Our little girl, Turkey Butt, is 2 1/2 and now Little Man has arrived. Parental fun is what we live for these days. We live on the East Coast and enjoy the mountains God gave us.
I started blogging in 2005 and have enjoyed learning. My passion, however, is saving money for selfish reasons. I love to eat out. So if I can save money elsewhere, then we can eat out LOL! I have my weaknesses and am willing to admit it. My girlfriend, and fellow blogger Robyn Tippins gave me the ultimate complement one day. She said that she used to shop at the Carter’s outlet in Savannah, Ga and loved the savings. But she new that I wouldn’t shop there because I would think it was too expensive. Funny that my sister says the same thing. She was right and that is why I really enjoy blogging at Thrifty Mommy.
I still work at the local hospital 2 days a week in the Cardiac Cath Lab and am glad to get out of the house a couple of days a week. But, like most mommies, I would love to stay at home and do nothing but play with my kids. That would be the life to just play with my kids and blogging.
