Howdy from Canada’s western city Calgary, Alberta! My name is Jeanne Dupuis and I am b5media’s Celebrity Channel Editor. I oversee the 30+ wonderfully written blogs and am fortunate enough to work with these amazing writers every day. I started blogging two years ago and have been obsessed ever since.
Before coming to b5, I was a webmaster for various projects and created the Intestinal Illnesses forum and community for the Canadian internet service provider Sympatico. Unfortunately, the company grew, partnered with MSN and closed up all of the communities but it was still a great experience.
I have a 4-year Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (minored in Communications) and am completing a Master of Science degree, also in Psychology. I spent two years working the crisis lines at a local distress centre and it was an invaluable experience. I learned so much from the very people who were calling me for help.
