Christian Music Fan

Here at b5 we’ve made a conscious decision to stay away from religious topics. It’s been hard, because we often get approached for some kickass religious ideas. Our perspective has been that we don’t want to talk about religious issues unless we can cover all perspectives, which would be incredibly hard to do.

However, topics in certain areas have been borderline religious, but we’ve begun letting them through. Today’s blog, for example, isn’t a religious blog so much as… Well, I’ll let it speak for itself.

Christian Music Fan written by Uncover The Internet’s Wendy Boswell is an insider look at the Christian music scene. News, concerts, new CD’s, interviews, etc.

As you can see, it isn’t a religious blog so much as a resource for those who happen to be religious. Which we’re excited about. Any time we can provide a resource for people who don’t have very many blogs in areas they are interested in we get excited.

This is perhaps the oddest introduction ever to a blog, however we wanted to clear up why we were launching this, ie: not for religious reasons, but as part of the Entertainment Channel’s growing coverage of niche areas.

So, if you happen to be a Christian, and you happen to enjoy music, this could well be a great blog to subscribe to. I’m hopeful Wendy will take the opportunity to showcase new, unsigned music as well ;-)
