b5media is very, very proud to be sponsoring WordCamp 2006. When Matt emailed the attendees to say some costs needed covering, it was our pleasure to give back to a community that has given us so, so much. While we couldn’t send any b5 shirts or anything like that, it’s enough to know that Matt and the team won’t be unduly burdened during the event and can focus on the community instead of silly costs.
Sadly, while I was hoping to make it out, flight costs and general pressures have kept me on the east coast. Aaron Brazell will be there, though, so I’m sure he’ll have a drink or two on b5’s behalf.
Hopefully next WordCamp b5 can be even more involved, as it is thanks to the community that we even exist. So thank you, WordPress community!
