My name is Rich Carlson and I am a sports junkie. One of my favorite sports is college basketball. To me, nothing can compare with the collegiate game - the atmosphere, the rowdy student sections, the traditions, and the passion for the game. It doesn’t matter if it is Connecticut or Chaminade, Villanova or VMI…I love college basketball.
I’m also a writer. Putting my thoughts and ideas on paper has always been a fun and rewarding experience. To be able to combine both passions into one endeavor is a thrill.

I live in Farmington, Utah, which is a suburb of Salt Lake City. I live with my wife of 17 years and our 9-year old daughter.
When I’m not watching sports on TV, you can find me on the links, the diamond, the court or the alley. I also own my own investment company and work on stock, options and futures trading.
